Stone house in Kinopiastes CPF-9730

This stone house in Kinopiastes is located on the edge of the village. Build at one of the highest points of the village, the house with garden offers excellent views towards the East and the Ionian Sea. The house measures 100 sq. m divided over two floors. At the ground floor there is an open area that is now used as storage area. Wooden stairs lead up to the first floor offering three rooms. Traditional village style, WC and kitchen were outside, next to the house.

The stone house in Kinopiastes needs renovation. At the ground floor a livingroom with kitchen and upstairs two bedrooms, can be created. The roof and the walls are in a good condition. Being close to Corfu town, the house is an excellent choice for a small family home. In summer the property can also be rented out.

Kinopiastes is one of the larger villages in Central Corfu. The village is a mix of traditional and modern houses. There are a few cafes, family run taverns and shops. Walking through the small alleys one can feel the way the locals live. The village is only 10 k from the center of Corfu town.
